Q: How do I read the code date on my KOOL-AID BURSTS Soft Drinks?
A: All of our products have what is called a code date. This date can be a 'Best When Used By' date or a Julian code date.

The code date is stamped on the end flap of the package.

If your KOOL_AID BURSTS has a 'Best When Used By' code date, it may look similar to the following:

08 AL 23

08 = Year (2004)
AL = Month (April)
23 = Day of Month

The product should be consumed by this date.

If your KOOL_AID BURSTS has a Julian code date, it may look similar to the following:

8 317 W CT302

This date represents the day the product was manufactured.

8 = Year (2008)
317 = Day of the year
W = Plant Code

This product should be consumed within 12 months of the production date.
