Q: How should I store my BAKER'S Chocolate?
A:

We recommend storing the chocolate in a cool, dry place, such as your pantry.

We don't recommend freezing chocolate because it will result in loss of freshness and flavor if condensation should occur. There will also be a loss of the natural gloss and cutting or grating the product will be difficult.

You may refrigerate the chocolate if the room temperature is above 75 degrees Fahrenheit; however bloom or "sweating" may occur.
