Q: How should I store my unopened BAKER'S Coconut? Can I freeze it?
A: We recommend storing the unopened coconut in a cool, dry place, such as your pantry.

Unopened packages may be successfully frozen 3 to 6 months. Frozen Baker's Coconut can be thawed in the refrigerator or on the counter in your kitchen. Thawing time is approximately 1-1/2 hours in the refrigerator and approximately 1 hour on the counter.
