Q: What types and flavors of BAKER'S Chocolate do you produce?
A: BAKER'S Chocolate comes in a variety of flavors and forms.  We have listed our chocolates below along with a short description.

Semi-Sweet: Formerly known as "dot chocolate," is available in bars, dipping cups and chunks.  It is a special blend of the richest beans and other ingredients that give it its wonderful texture and flavor.  This chocolate is specifically formulated and blended for use in candy making and recipes.

Unsweetened: Available in bars only.  Our unsweetened chocolate is pure chocolate made from selected cocoa beans, which are roasted, then crushed and ground.

Milk Chocolate: Available in bars and dipping cups.  It is a blend of chocolate, whole milk and sugar.

GERMAN'S Sweet: Available in bars only.  This is a sweet chocolate that is somewhat sweeter and richer than semi-sweet.  It is a blend of chocolate, sugar and cocoa butter.

White Chocolate: Available in bars and dipping cups.  Our white chocolate is made from the finest cocoa butter and can provide a nice contrast to the rich, darker BAKER'S Chocolates.

Bittersweet: Available in bars only.  Made with the same top quality ingredients as our other chocolates.  This chocolate is made with less sugar than our semi-sweet and has a richer, deeper flavor.

Baker's Real Chocolate Melts: Real chocolate discs designed for easy melting after just a couple of minutes in the microwave they are ready for use in recipes, fondue, bark, candy-making and more.
