Q: Can I use the microwave to melt BAKER's Chocolate? If so, how?
A: Yes, you can use the microwave to melt BAKER'S CHOCOLATE.  It typically takes about one-third to one-fourth less time to microwave chocolate versus using a double boiler.  Place 1 unwrapped square of BAKER’S Chocolate in microwaveable bowl.  Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 30 seconds.  (When microwaved, the chocolate square will retain its shape.  Chocolate will continue to melt after being removed from microwave.)  Stir 1 minute or until chocolate is completely melted.

If after stirring for 1 minute chocolate is not completely melted, microwave an additional 10 seconds or until only small unmelted pieces of chocolate remain.  Stir until chocolate is completely melted.  Repeat if necessary.

For each additional square of chocolate, add 10 seconds to the microwaving time.
