Q: How do I read the code date on my CALUMET Baking Powder?
A:

All of our products have what is called a "code date." This date can be considered a "Best When Used By Date".

Our CALUMET® Baking Powder has a "Best When used By date" embossed on the bottom of the can in a month/day/year format.  For example: MAR 03 08

MAR 03 08 = March 3, 2008.

The product should be consumed by this date.  At home, be aware of these dates also and try to use the product before this date has passed.  Also, when shopping we suggest that you watch for "Best When Used By Dates".
