Once opened, Yuban coffee should be stored in the coolest, driest place in your kitchen. Keep the can tightly covered to prevent any effect heat and humidity may have on the coffee. We recommend storing your Yuban coffee in the refrigerator or freezer if you need to store it for more than two weeks. Be sure to return it to the refrigerator or freezer immediately after use to prevent any condensation that may affect freshness. Whether you store Yuban coffee in your pantry, refrigerator or freezer, we recommend using it within four weeks after opening.
