Q: Can I use the COOL WHIP Whipped Topping varieties interchangeably in recipes?
A: COOL WHIP Regular, COOL WHIP Extra Creamy, and COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping can be used interchangeably in recipes.  However, COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping may produce a softer set when used with gelatin or high-acid fruits.  Furthermore, when substituting with COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping, the end result will be a very soft set and a slightly lower volume.
