|
A:
|
All of our products have what is called a code date . Maxwell House International Café coffees have a Best When Used By Code Date or a Julian Code date. This coding information can be found on the bottom of the coffee tin.
A sample Best When Used By code date would be: 19 JUL 2006 J 14:19
Best When Used By July 19th, 2006
J=plant
14:19=production time (military)
The product should be consumed by this date. We cannot assure freshness after that date because the taste and texture may have deteriorated.
A sample Julian code date would be: 4023S 12:16

FIRST DIGIT: YEAR
NEXT 3 DIGITS: DAY OF THE YEAR
LETTER C: PLANT (C or S)
LAST 4 DIGITS: TIME (MILITARY)
We recommend using this product by within 12 months of the date of production
EXCEPT CHAI LATTE:
