We recommend storing an open jar tightly covered in the coolest place in your kitchen because heat and humidity have a negative effect on coffee aroma.
For storage beyond 2 weeks, we recommend storing the coffee in the refrigerator. Be sure to return it to the refrigerator immediately after use to prevent condensation (water vapor changing to liquid) that hastens staling. For storage beyond 8 weeks, use a freezer. Return to the freezer immediately after use to prevent condensation (water vapor changing to liquid) that hastens staling. In the freezer, the coffee will keep up to 6 months. |
