4 - Serving (Except Lemon):
STIR mix into 2 cups milk with wire whisk in medium saucepan. STIRRING constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. POUR into dessert dishes and serve warm or chilled.
6 - Serving (Except Lemon):
STIR mix into 3 cups milk with wire whisk in medium saucepan. STIRRING constantly, cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. POUR into dessert dishes and serve warm or chilled.
Lemon 6 - Serving:
Mix contents with 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water and 2 egg yolks. Stir in 2 cups water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into 1-quart ovenproof dish.
Lemon 8 - Serving:
Mix contents with 3/4 cup sugar, 1/2 cup water and 3 egg yolks. Stir in 2-1/2 cups water. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil. Cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour into 1-1/2 quart ovenproof dish.
Preparation Tips:
Pudding thickens as it cools. For creamier pudding, place plastic wrap directly on surface of pudding while cooling; stir before serving.
