To let you know how long a product is good for, we have code dates on all of our packaging.  The code date is located on the side of the JELL-O box and will appear as follows:

06AU23 D211:40

06 = Year of Expiration
AU = Month (August)
23 = Day of Expiration
D = Plant Code
2 = Production Line
11:40 = Hour of Production Run

The product should be consumed by this date.  We cannot assure freshness after that date because the taste and texture may have deteriorated.
