All of our products have what is called a code date.  This date will be a "Best When Used By" date and this coding information can be found on the top of the JELL-O No Bake Desserts box (where you open the box) and it will appear as follows:

09JUL05 D111:42

09 = Day of Month
JUL = Month
05 = Year of Expiration
D = Plant Code
1 = Production Line
11:42 = Hour of Production Run

The product should be consumed by this date.  We cannot assure freshness after that date because the taste and texture may have deteriorated.
