| Q: | How should JELL-O Pudding be stored once it's been prepared? |
| A: |
Prepared pudding maintains best flavor and consistency for 2 days when it is stored covered in refrigerator.
For best results, we suggest preparing the pudding in individual serving dishes for longer storage. Also, placing plastic wrap directly on surface of cooked pudding immediately after preparation will result in creamier pudding (secure tightly). It is not necessary to cover pudding during refrigeration; however, covering may prevent some of the evaporation that can cause pudding to dry out. If condensation occurs, remove plastic wrap and blot with paper towel. Prepared pudding should not be frozen; it would become watery upon thawing. |
