Q: Are KRAFT Mayo and KRAFT Light Mayo interchangeable? How about with KRAFT FREE Mayo?
A: Regular & Light KRAFT Mayo are interchangeable in all uses/recipes.

KRAFT FREE Mayo can be substituted for Regular or Light in all uses/recipes EXCEPT for those involving heating or baking.

KRAFT FREE Mayo should NOT be used for heated cooking/baking because it does not meet our high performance standards for heated applications.
