How do you freeze PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Cheesecakes? |

FREEZING A CHEESECAKE (including mini-cheesecakes, pies)
- Cool cheesecake completely; refrigerate at least 3 hours
- Do not top or garnish
- Wrap securely in plastic wrap followed by heavy duty aluminum foil; place in freezer bag, label and date
- Cheesecake can be stored in refrigerator up to 5 days
- Cheesecake can be stored in freezer up to 2 months
WE DO NOT RECOMMEND FREEZING ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Any recipes using PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese that also call for eggs
- Cheesecakes that contain sour cream
- Refrigerated or no-bake cheesecakes prepared with gelatin
- Frosting prepared with Light Neufchatel cheese
- Recipes that contain a white sauce, gelatin, mayonnaise or salad dressing
