How do I thaw my cheesecake? |

THAWING A CHEESECAKE
- Place wrapped cheesecake in the refrigerator approximately 12 hours prior to use
- Place on serving platter, garnish or top as desired before serving
- Do not thaw a whole cheesecake in the microwave
- Individual cheesecake slices may be thawed on microwaveable plates on DEFROST (30% power) for 45 to 60 seconds
- Let stand about 5 minutes or until thawed
- For best results, cut cheesecake into individual slices before freezing
