Q: How do I thaw my cheesecake?
A: THAWING A CHEESECAKE
  • Place wrapped cheesecake in the refrigerator approximately 12 hours prior to use
  • Place on serving platter, garnish or top as desired before serving
  • Do not thaw a whole cheesecake in the microwave
  • Individual cheesecake slices may be thawed on microwaveable plates on DEFROST (30% power) for 45 to 60 seconds
  • Let stand about 5 minutes or until thawed
  • For best results, cut cheesecake into individual slices before freezing
