Q: How do I store Fresh Mozzarella?
A: When properly refrigerated, you can store Fresh Mozzarella up to 15 days. Just change the water and be sure the water is chilled. Further, you can freeze Fresh Mozzarella, however, it may change the texture of the cheese. Before freezing, the product must be removed from the water, then frozen. It must be thawed slowly in a refrigerator overnight.
