Q: Can I prepare SHAKE 'N BAKE Seasoned Coating Mix or OVEN FRY Seasoned Coating Mix in the microwave?
A: Studies have found that microwave ovens may not provide the uniform heating required to cook raw poultry/pork/meat and eliminate harmful pathogens.

Therefore, we DO NOT recommend using the microwave when preparing chicken/turkey/pork with SHAKE 'N BAKE & OVEN FRY.

Best results are obtained by preparing in a conventional oven.
