Q: Can I use pork instead of chicken? Are the preparation directions the same?
A: Yes, you can use pork with SHAKE 'N BAKEĀ® Seasoned Coating Mix products, but the directions are a little different:

You will need:

6 to 8 (1/2 inch thick) bone-in or boneless pork chops and water to moisten.
A 15x10x1 inch metal baking pan.
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Moisten pork with water and shake off excess.
  3. Shake moistened chops, 1 to 2 pieces at a time, in shaker bag with coating mixture. Discard any remaining mixture and bag.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit in ungreased or foil-lined 15x10x1 inch baking pan for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
NOTE: Do not cover or turn pork during baking. Bake thicker chops 5 to 10 minutes longer.

NOTE: When baking 3-4 pieces of 1/2-inch thick pork chops, use 1/2 packet coating mixture.
