Yes, you can use pork with SHAKE 'N BAKEĀ® Seasoned Coating Mix products, but the directions are a little different:
You will need: 6 to 8 (1/2 inch thick) bone-in or boneless pork chops and water to moisten. A 15x10x1 inch metal baking pan.
NOTE: When baking 3-4 pieces of 1/2-inch thick pork chops, use 1/2 packet coating mixture. |
